Founded 2022 · Kitchener, ON
In late 2021, Pastor Agabus and his wife Kumari relocated to Kitchener, Ontario, after being commissioned by Dr. Alfred Lee. In 2022, Pastor Agabus received a clear vision from God the name "Koinonia," meaning fellowship in Greek.
After years of prayer, Bible studies, and spiritual gatherings, the vision became reality. Today we meet every Sunday as a stable, supportive community — praying, learning, growing, sharing meals, and loving one another.
Our goal is to fulfill Jesus' commands, spreading the goodness of Christ and sharing God's truth so that all may experience His transformative love.
Meet our PastorLeadership
Senior Pastor & Founder
Called into ministry at 17, Rev. Agabus's journey began in brokenness, a former alcoholic raised in devout Hinduism who openly detested Christianity. Through relentless encounters with local believers, he discovered that the divine salvation and peace he craved could only be found in Jesus Christ.
Formally ordained in 2019 by the Independent Assemblies of God International Canada, Rev. Agabus and his wife Kumari stand today as next-generation leaders with a mandate for revival — to see healthy churches flourish globally and take their rightful place in Christ.
The People
At Koinonia Family International Ministries, we are led by a passionate and dedicated team who serve with humility, excellence, and love for God's people. Each member plays a vital role in nurturing our church family and advancing God's Kingdom.

Get In TouchDoctrine
Our faith is anchored in the eternal, unchanging Word of God.
01
We believe the Bible in its entirety is the inspired Word of God — the only infallible and authoritative rule of faith and conduct. (2 Tim. 3:16)
02
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit — and that in Jesus Christ dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. (Col. 2:9)
03
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ — His Virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and personal return in power and glory.
04
We believe in complete salvation by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, repentance of sins and baptism by immersion in water. (Eph. 2:8; Acts 2:38)
05
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, and in the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in the Church. (Acts 2:38–39)
06
We believe in Christ's Great Commission — to go into all the world and preach the Gospel. We are sent people, called to make disciples of all nations. (Matt. 28:19)
"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. All the believers were together and had everything in common."
Acts 2:42–44
